Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BeastX cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
