We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Any request made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds. We offer product exchange only.

Exchange is applicable only when: ✔ The product is unused and in its original condition ✔ The product is in its original packaging ✔ The request is made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel ✔ The product shows no signs of use, damage, or tampering

Exchange is NOT applicable if: ✗ The product has been used ✗ The product is not in original packaging ✗ The request is made after 24 hours of delivery ✗ The product is found to be defective upon inspection

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. All eligible cases will be handled through product exchange only.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. BeastX.pk will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product being sent back to the customer.
